SR2 and SR3 LCD display screen not working properly (flashing, strange characters, black screen or stripes).What is wrong with it?

If you bought your Zelio Smart relay since June 2011 you will have to update your Zelio Soft software to V4.4 or higher.
These Zelio Logic relays have a new screen, that requires a more up to date firmware version, which is embedded in the Zelio Soft software V4.4 and higher.
