 Registration is no longer required to access downloads.

 Where is the online document library (eLibrary)?

 The new website no longer uses a single library for our documents. You will find all relevant downloads and documentation for a product by using the search tool or navigating through our product hierarchy to its associated range page under the download tab.

 You can log into MYSE using the button on the left side of the homepage or by visiting https://www.myseuk.schneider-electric.com/

 Where are the Merlin Gerin / Telemecanique / Square D offers ?

 These brands have now been integrated into the overall Schneider Electric offer. As a guide you should look in the following locations:

Merlin Gerin - > Electrical Distribution
Telemecanique -> Automation & Control
Square D -> Electrical Distribution / Installation Systems & Control

 Can I still search by document reference number?

 Yes, the search system still supports searching by dcoument reference number.

 Can I search by product reference number?

 No, the search system does not currently support searching by product reference. This is a feature we will be adding into a future release.

 Why can't I find certain documents within the search? 

 If your search term is too generic you may get a larger number of results than expected, including both web pages and documents. The new search functionality separates results into different categories on the left side of the screen, please use these to refine your results.

 How do I access CAD diagrams?

 If CAD diagrams are available they will appear on the download tab of the relevant product range page under the "CAD drawings" category.

 How do I access software downloads?

 Product specific software appears on the download tab of the relevant product range page under the "Software" category if available. A selection of software for use within Automation & Control can be found in our Software Tools section.

 Can I locate documentation for an old offer?

 If documentation is available for old offers you can locate it using our previous offers tool.
