                            When you have a technical issue with your electrical distribution equipment and want a technical solution, you need a direct line to help. With this in mind we have set up a new service: On Demand Support

                          Offering a dedicated point of contact and reliable communication with a dedicated team, our on demand support from our team of engineers and support staff will work with you until your issue is resolved. We will help you identify a solution to your problem then will organise the deployment of technical staff, with spare parts as necessary. And most importantly, they will keep you informed every step of the way.

                          Our team is available to support all Schneider customers during normal office hours, For those of you who are interested in access to an emergency call-out service, we would be happy to talk to you about our Prevent service contracts. Please contact us to discuss the options available.
