Can you service or repair my air conditioning unit / dehumidifier?

The portable air conditioning models are non serviceable. Servicing can be carried out by a local air conditioning or refrigeration engineer on the split air conditioning units Unfortunately we don’t have a service/repair department or approved engineers.

There is water leaking from the rear of my air conditioning unit.

Please ensure the rubber bung is in place. This bung ensures that water cannot leak from the unit. The bung should only be removed when the tank is due to be drained. A warning light will illuminate when the tank is due to be drained.

Why is my air conditioning unit blowing out warm/hot air?

Please ensure the exhaust hose is vented through a door or window.

Is there a maximum recommended length to the ducting?

On all of our portable air conditioning models we do not recommend exceeding 2.5m

What guarantee is provided with Air Conditioning Products / dehumidifier?

A 1 year guarantee is offered. In the event of a product becoming faulty, take the unit with proof of purchase to your point of sale.
