Environmental management

In an industrial world, environmental protection is a growing preoccupation and is for Schneider Electric one of our strategic priorities. We are fully engaged in a process of continuously improving the environmental performance of our sites. The context Schneider Electric is neither an energy producer nor distributor. Its activity essentially calls on assembly and monitoring techniques and only integrates very few processes with a more significant environmental impact such as the processing and treatment of metals.

Today the Group has more than 200 industrial sites of which none have a Seveso classification.
