Incorrect setup values
Check that the correct values have been entered for the power meter setup parameters - CT & PT ratings, System Type, Nominal Frequency, and so on
Incorrect voltage inputs
Check power meter voltage input terminals to verify that adequate voltage is present
Power Meter is wired incorrectly
Check that all CTs & PTs are connected correctly (proper polarity is observed) and that they are energised. Check shorting terminals. Initiate a wiring check from the Power Meter display
