TeSys GV3P motor circuit breakers
|
The new offer comprises thermal-magnetic circuit-breakers GV3 P and magnetic circuit-breakers GV3 L, which are designed for the control and protection of motors from 5.5 to 30 kW. .
TeSys GV3 meets the requirements of international standards IEC and UL 508 type E.
The TeSys GV3 has new functions and offers numerous advantages regarding performance, security and use:

- Rotary, 3 position, control knob with padlocking facility,
- High breaking capacity: 50 kA/400 V from 40 A to 65 A and 100 kA/400V from 9 A to 32 A,
- Add-on blocks that are common to both the GV2 and GV3 ranges from 0 to 65 A,
- More compact: circuit-breaker only 55 mm wide,
- Simple and secure tightening of terminals , using a 4 mm Allen key,
- Trip test button on front face,
- Sealable flap for protection of thermal setting,
- Simple mounting and removal from DIN rail,
- EverLink®, a terminal for a long lasting connection.

EverLink®, the new patented terminal technology assures a permanent tightening quality at the cable terminations. Even in the event of cable creep*, the connection force on the cables is assured due to the spring affect of the connectors.
The advantages of the EverLink® connection are:

- Reduced maintenance time, due to the need for terminal re-tightening being reduced or illiminated.
- Safety of the connections, provided by the BTR screw and the 4mm Allen key, which enable a very high tightening torque of 5N.m.
- Operator safety due to IP20 connections
